Beneficiaries: Roma survivors are assisted to enjoy the rights provided for in Law 189/2000. The exact number of survivors cannot be determined because there are no databases. Based on our research over the last three years, we estimate the number of direct beneficiaries to be 100, but there is a possibility that we will find more. However, given their advanced age, the final number will depend on how quickly the project is implemented. Regarding Law 189/2000, the number of direct beneficiaries (Roma who will benefit from these provisions due to our project) will be 100 people.

Regarding the Ghetto Pension Law, we are more reluctant because the conditions of the German law are more restrictive: only those who worked in Transnistria are eligible (so they must already be very old), which means that the number of possible beneficiaries is quite small (mainly because of the lower life expectancy of Roma). Therefore, we cannot yet estimate the number of beneficiaries of the Ghetto Pension Law. Their final number will depend on the speed with which our project will be implemented.
